A FREE Professional Development Conference for Teachers and Aspiring Teachers
on the William Jewell College campus

A unique conference for both practicing teachers and high school students who want to become teachers. The program is differentiated: you get to select the sessions that meet your needs.

Participants will choose from 13 sessions designed for practicing teachers, aspiring teachers or both, some of which are:

• Drama Across the Curriculum
• Stress on the Brain
• Differentiated Instruction Toolkit
• Trauma Informed Care and Teaching
• Strategies for Confronting Implicit Bias
• Mathematical Mindset
• Integrated Science: Literacy and Aquaponics

Teachers, we encourage you to make this a special event by inviting an aspiring teacher.
Students, we encourage you to honor a teacher you respect by asking them to attend with you.
