Achieve Fall 2007


The holidays are a special time at William Jewell as the campus and larger communities come together to celebrate the holy season in words and music.
	November 28: Hanging of the Green, 10:15 a.m. John Gano Memorial Chapel; a musical celebration featuring the Handbell Choir, Jazz Band and Chamber Singers
		November 29: Lighting of the Quad, 7 p.m., John Gano Memorial Chapel and the Quadrangle; featuring the Symphonic Band and a lighting ceremony
			December 4: Christmas Festival, 7:15 p.m. Second Baptist Church, Liberty, Mo.; William Jewell Chapel Choir, Chamber Singers and instrumental ensembles present a service of introspection and celebration for members of the Liberty and college communities
				December 5: Advent Service Scriptures and Carols, Celebration of Infants and Families December 10: The City Come Again, noon Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral, 13th & Broadway, Kansas City, Mo. Jewell’s Christmas gift, in words and music, to the city, featuring William Jewell Handbells and the Concert Choir, along with a seasonal homily from President David Sallee
