The Partee Center houses a unique collection of materials related to Missouri Baptist life, people, institutions, and churches. The collection is non-circulating; however, visitors are welcome.

Currently, the Partee Center houses over 10,000 biographical files, over 2,500 church history files, association annual meeting minutes, association histories and newsletters, annuals of the Missouri Baptist Convention, Southern Baptist Convention and American Baptist Convention, photographs, WMU materials, publications dating back to the 1820s and a distinctive assortment of books.

The Partee Center hosts a variety of researchers interested in church and association history, genealogy and local history.
