There is no better way to experience what makes Jewell one of America’s Best Colleges than by visiting. We recommend that students visit campus at least twice - attending one of our visit events alongside future classmates, and attending an individual visit that allows you to experience Jewell one-on-one.

Fall visit events allow you to experience Jewell while mingling with current students, faculty, your admission counselor, and future classmates. Each type of event has its own unique message and theme. Experience one of a variety of visit events:

Journey to Jewell – Especially for high school juniors and seniors, this event is designed to showcase campus life, academic programs and give you the opportunity to start planning your Jewell Journey. Check-in begins at 8:30am and the event ends at 2:30pm.
Fall 2012 Dates: Saturday, September 29th and Monday, November 12th
- Cardinal Fridays – Our mini campus events are designed to give you a great overview of what Jewell has to offer in small groups with other prospective students and families.
Fall 2012 Dates: Fridays starting September 21st through November 16th
- Cardinal Afterdark – Live the life of a Jewell student at this overnight visit experience that is connected to one of our Cardinal Friday mini events.
Fall 2012 Date: Thursday, October 18th with Friday October 19th's Cardinal Friday

Create your own mini visit event--schedule a group visit! Jewell welcomes high school organizations of all sizes to visit campus, Monday – Friday. Each visit includes a Welcome Session from the Office of Admission, along with a tour of our campus. Or chose our college planning visit, your group will not only have the opportunity to discover Jewell but will also have a chance to participate in a College Planning Workshop with one of our experienced admission staff members. Have a special request or specific program that you would like to incorporate into your organizations visit, let us know and we will do our best to arrange a program specific visit event for you and your organization.
