- Find the highlighter icon on the reviewing toolbar and set the color to blue
- Highlight ONLY ONE that is MOST like you and ONLY ONE that is LEAST like you
- Answer all 24 questions
- Save the file

If you are uncomfortable taking this instrument electronically you can come to the Career Services Office in 218 YGCU and fill out a paper copy. Thank you.
Intended to accompany the HF4D, Success Factors is an instrument consisting of 137 skills which you must rank between 1 and 5. The ranking reflects your impressions of the degree to which you possess each skill. The rankings can be completed in less than 20 minutes. At completion, you will have an Excel spreadsheet of all your 5’s, 4’s, etc., with instructions as to how to develop appropriate skills into stories which illustrate those skills.
You may download the Success Factors instrument HERE and the Success Factors interpretation HERE.
BOTH THE HF4D AND SUCCESS FACTORS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL THOSE WRITING RESUMES, PREPARING FOR EMPLOYMENT INTERVIEWING, AND MAKING CAREER DECISIONS.
