Chamber Music concert scheduled at Jewell Contact: Rob Eisele, 816-415-7574 September 27, 2007
The Jewell Artist Series continues its inaugural season at William Jewell College with a concert of Chamber Music for voice, organ and strings. This free concert will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, October 7 in John Gano Memorial Chapel on the campus in Liberty, Mo. No tickets or reservations are required.
The program will feature the Jewell Trio of Tony Brandolino, violin; Monty Carter, violin/viola; and Trilla Ray-Carter, cello. Also featured are college organist Ann Marie Rigler, soprano Suzanne Hatcher and baritone Ron Witzke. Selections include Baroque music by Handel, Bach, Fux and Locke, and modern music by Rorem and Milhaud.
