Chemistry major
The Department of Chemistry has, in recent years, averaged producing about 4 chemistry majors as well as about 5 biochemistry majors per year.
From William Jewell, students have gone on to graduate programs at schools like the University of Kansas, the University of Wisconsin, Michigan State University, and Oxford University; to health professional schools such as Tulane University, the Universities of Missouri and Kansas, Northwestern University, and Mayo Medical School; to employment with firms such as Midwest Research Institute and the Cerner Corporation; and to other opportunities.
