DR. CHAD J. JOLLY, joined Gonser Gerber LLP in 2012 with a significant record of success in institutional advancement and nearly two decades of higher education experience. He provides advancement counsel to colleges, universities, schools, healthcare organizations and other non-profits nationally. Client services focus on comprehensive campaigns, strategic planning, board and staff development, project fundraising, major and annual gift strategies, planned giving, integrated marketing, enrollment management and net revenue generation strategies.
Prior to joining the firm, Chad served William Jewell College as the Vice President for Institutional Advancement where he was responsible for campaigns that secured over $80 million, doubled annual operating support and increased the percentage of alumni giving. In his 17 years of service to Jewell, Chad also held the positions of Dean of Enrollment, Assistant Dean of Students and Associate Dean of Students. During his tenure in Enrollment Management, the profile of the entering class improved and new student enrollment grew significantly.
Chad is a 1994 graduate of William Jewell, earning a B.A. in history through the Oxbridge Honors Program. He also is a graduate of Saint Louis University (M.A. in higher education administration) and University of Missouri Kansas City (Ph.D. in urban leadership and policy studies in education with a co-discipline in sociology). He is a third-generation legacy of the College and met his wife Kristen at Jewell. Chad and Kristen live in Liberty with their three children.
