Tom Dunn attended Jewell from 1966-70. He was a four-year letter winner in both football and basketball. He played on Jewell’s first ever undefeated football team in 1967. The Cards' overall record in his four years was 34-5. Dunn was named All-Conference and All-District three times each. He was also All-Conference and All-District (twice each) in basketball. Dunn received Jewell’s Athlete of the Year Award as a senior. He was an NCAA Scholar-Athlete as a senior, with only 20 named nationwide. He later coached football (assistant) and basketball (head women’s coach) at Jewell.
