Jewell Theatre’s spring production will be “The Misanthrope” by Molière, a comic portrait of a woman who refuses to accept that people cannot be honest with each other, and an even more comic picture of the people who can’t be honest. Performances will be held at 7 p.m. on April 7-9 in Peters Theater inside Brown Hall on the Liberty, Mo., campus. A matinee performance begins at 2 p.m. on April 9. Ticket prices are $6, or $5 for seniors and students.
