- College degree and one to three years comparable experience preferred; accounting experience helpful.
- Time management skills are crucial as the grant process requires strict deadlines.
- Customer service and communication skills are important as position deals with contacts outside the college, primarily patrons of the Harriman-Jewell Series.
- The ability to use a computer, organize, and proofread efficiently are all necessary.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
- Raiser's Edge experience desired.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Working Conditions
Normal office environment. Evenings and weekends at box office of downtown halls required. Reports to Director of Development.
