Leadership development is a process. It takes time, practice, and feedback to grow the essential skills of effective leadership. The Pryor Center coordinates this executive level training program for the Clay County Economic Development Council. This six-month program prepares leaders in the Kansas City area community by offering top-quality facilitation and experiential learning techniques.
