William Jewell College presents the following free music events:
On Thursday, October 23 at 7:30 p.m., the Chamber Orchestra will perform in Forbis Recital Hall in the Pillsbury Music Building on the college campus. Works to be performed include Bach's Orchestral Suite in B minor featuring flutist Mary Jamerson, Corigliano-Voyage, and chamber music highlighting Dvorak's “American” string quartet, Beethoven's Serenade for String Trio, and Mozart's String Quartet in D Major, K. 499.
On October 26 at 3 p.m., the William Jewell College symphonic band will perform in Gano Chapel on the college campus.
On October 26 at 7:30 p.m., the Chapel Choir, Chamber Singers and Concert Choir will present a concert in Gano Chapel on the college campus.
