Summary

Facilitation is the art of making things easier.  As a Tucker Facilitator you will challenge teams on our low ropes course, high ropes course, and tower.  We use these tools to help teams become more cohesive and to develop leadership characteristics in a challenging, high paced, hands on learning environment.  We use experiential learning to challenge teams to become better.  Better at communicating, at working together, and better at succeeding as a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead groups through the Tucker Leadership Lab: High Ropes Odyssey course, Low Ropes Quest course, and Tower
  • Each Facilitator will be responsible for learning challenges/initiatives to help teach the values of cooperation, teamwork, communication, and leadership
  • Assist with course support including care, maintenance, and upkeep

Additional Skills and Requirements

  • Regular and consistent access to communication via email
  • Tucker Leadership Lab Facilitator Certification required
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 45 feet
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or within 3 months of hire date)
  • Ability to work outside year-round and stand on feet 75% of day
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Working Conditions

  • Outdoor environment (potentially cold or hot conditions)
  • Working at heights of up to approximately 45 feet

Work Schedule

  • PRN position (part-time, as needed)
  • 7 days a week
