Seating is first-come, first-served. (See below for Special Needs seating.) We strongly suggest that elderly and very young family members save seats while parents take photos of Walk Around the Quad.
11:45 A.M. ► SENIORS REPORT TO GANO CHAPEL FOR LINE UP
12:30 P.M. ► WALK AROUND THE QUAD BEGINS
Remember, the hill behind Ely slopes steeply downward and there are many steps into Mabee. There will be 15 minutes for family members to make their way to Mabee before the ceremony begins. (This route is not wheelchair accessible.)
1:00 P.M. ►COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY, MABEE CENTER
(Typically lasts 1. to 2 hours)
3:00 P.M. ► NEW ALUMNI PHOTO PARTY
One last opportunity to take photos with friends and faculty members before turning in regalia and leaving the “Hill” to begin your own celebrations.
4:00 P.M. ► REGALIA RETURN TABLE CLOSES
SPECIAL NEEDS SEATING
The Mabee Center has parking lot level access at the southeast entrance. There are approximately 2,300 folding chairs on the ground level and 1,500 bleacher seats available. Seats in the general seating area are unlimited; no tickets required. (Mabee Center is NOT air-conditioned.)

A maximum of six seats per senior may be reserved in the Special Needs seating area.
