The following are Missouri Programs offered at William Jewell College:

Missouri Higher Education Academic Scholarship (Bright Flight) - $2,000

The Bright Flight Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors residing in Missouri who have scored in the top 3% of all Missouri students taking the ACT/SAT.

Missouri Teacher Education Scholarship - $2,000 ($1,000 state of MO/$1,000 WJC)

This competitive award for Missouri students who plan to major in education and who rank in the top 15% of those completing the ACT/SAT test. Students must submit Missouri Teacher Education Scholarship application (available from high school guidance counselor) to the appropriate state agency. Deadline: February 15, 2007.

Access Missouri Grant - $2,000-$3,200

The Access Missouri Grant is awarded to state residents based on demonstrated need.  The FAFSA must be received by the Federal Processor on or before April 1 to be considered an on-time application (including signature requirements) and student must have an Expected Family Contribution under 12,000.
