There are two official versions of the William Jewell College athletic mascot: the cardinal head alone and the cardinal head on the William Jewell "J".
Color Usage Guidelines
One Color: Both versions of the mascot may appear in black, either as simple line art or with screens of black. With the screened version, the main section of the cardinal head and the inside of the "J" must be screened back to forty percent, and the inside of the beak to twenty percent.
Two Colors: Both versions of the mascot may appear in cardinal red (PMS 200) and black. The cardinal head is outlined in black. The main section of the cardinal head and the inside of the "J" must be printed in cardinal red at one hundred percent, and the inside of the beak must be screened to forty percent of the cardinal red.
Three Colors: Both versions of the mascot may appear in cardinal red (PMS 200), yellow (PMS 123) and black. The only difference between the two-color version and the three-color version is the cardinal's solid yellow beak.
