Leadership Development

Students lead a variety of relevant ministries on campus.  CSM provides a challenging yet nurturing environment where emerging leaders have the opportunity to grow and develop their gifts and skills. Students work in teams to set goals and carry out effective strategies for ministry to peers on campus. Students are also mobilized regularly to do service projects off campus, partnering with community organizations like Habitat for Humanity, and many others. Web Communication Team

Our Communication Team works hard to "Get the Word out" about programs, resources, events and ministries on our campus and in the area. Students utilize up to date technology and a variety of methods to keep our campus informed about opportunities for ministry and upcoming events. Keeping the Website current, sending out a weekly e-newsletter, flyers, posters, digital images, and more are the tools of our Communication Team.
