The William Jewell College seal remains reserved primarily for formal design applications, including plaques, graduation announcements and diplomas. For most other design applications, the college logotype should be used. Exceptions can be made for certain “keepsake” items in recognition of the seal’s place in the heritage of the institution.
The seal should be used only in its official version, not in any variation that includes other typestyles or design elements. Proofs or mockups of items containing the seal should be shared with the Office of College Relations and Marketing prior to production.
