December '09 Grad Candidates
December '09 grad candidates, families, and friends are invited to the December Graduation Celebration event to be held in their honor on Tuesday, December 15th, at 7:00 pm in Gano Chapel, with a reception immediately following in White Atrium of Yates-Gill Union.   All December grad candidates are encouraged to attend.  This is not a cap-and-gown ceremony--that is reserved for the Commencement ceremony on May 15th, in which December grads are encouraged to participate.  For more details and to RSVP for this event, please contact Susan Arbo at arbos@william.jewell.edu.

Grad Fair:  March 10, 2010
Mark your calendars -- all candidates for graduation! (December '09, May '10, & July '10)!   The Grad Fair will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2010, 9:00 am-6:00 pm, in the Bookstore Lobby of Yates-Gill Union.  This is a "one-stop shop" for grad candidates to "take care of business" with the Registrar (commencement/diploma info), Business Office (student account), Financial Aid (exit papers), as well as pick up regalia (cap, gown, hood, tassel), order announcements, rings, and other graduation-related items.  Watch your email for more information, and plan to attend!

Commencement Photography
Grads wishing to purchase photographs taken at Commencement may do so online at www.gradimages.com or by contacting the company at 800-261-2576. 

Applying for Graduation
Students are expected to apply for graduation when they reach 75 completed hours, in order receive a Graduation Checklist and to be properly tracked by the Office of the Registrar.  An Application for Graduation card must be completed in person at the Registrar's window in Greene Hall.   The Office is currently accepting applications for December 2010, May 2011, and beyond.  Students planning to graduate in May 2010 or July 2010 should have applied by now--if not, you must do so immediately!  Students who change their anticipated graduation date must re-apply for graduation at the Registrar's window.  (Students who have not applied for graduation will not be cleared to enroll in a CTI capstone course.)
