Engineering
Our department of physics has a century-long tradition of preparing students for graduate engineering schools. At Jewell, you receive a well-rounded liberal arts background along with study in the pure sciences. This approach helps to develop your analytical and critical-thinking skills.
William Jewell works in cooperation with several outstanding engineering schools to offer you a choice of 3-2 or 4-2 programs. These programs allow you to earn an A.B. degree from Jewell in physics and a B.S. degree in engineering from either Washington University, Columbia University, The University of Kansas or the University of Missouri-Columbia.
