William Jewell College maintains a generous financial aid program to make the cost of a Jewell education affordable. During the 2009-2010 school year, 99% of all full-time, first year students received some form of achievement-based scholarship and/or need-based financial aid. More than $11 million in scholarships and grants were awarded through the College, federal, and state awards. On average, a first-year student’s award totaled $25,316. On average, a first-year student received $18,302 in the form of scholarships and grant assistance.
