Confirm a Date
Typically, a one month lead-time allows for effective planning for a session. Surveys can be generated quickly if your organization has specific outcomes created prior to the initial assessment meeting.
Engage in a Pre-planning Process
The JRT Coordinator will arrange for a facilitator to meet the session owner and develop a plan for the meeting based on the session owner's desired outcomes and goals. We will work with the owner to determine what tools and agenda structure will meet their objectives. The pre-planning process allows the meeting facilitator to learn about the organization and pertinent background information.
The Session
'Face-To-Face' facilitated group sessions can last from an hour to a full day or more, depending on what will be covered in the session. The total time for the session will be established during the pre-planning process.
'On-Line' conferences typically are 'open' to participents' input from a few days to two weeks. We will accommodate your needs and give all participants enough time to contribute to the conference.
Another available resource to use, in conjunction with our group facilitation, is our Tucker Leadership Lab. This is a state-of-the-art training center for your group(s) to apply, test and enhance essential skills for leadership and effective teamwork.
Tucker Leadership Lab can be used to reinforce key elements discovered in our online conferences. Additional uses are: brushing up on leadership skills; communication and problem solving challenges; or just seeking an enjoyable group activity. We can serve you...indoors, outdoors...at our facilities, yours, or anywhere you choose.
