Department: Pryor Center - Tucker Leadership Lab
Position Title: Tucker Leadership Lab Team Facilitator Flexible PRN Position
Reports to: Todd D. Long
Summary
The Tucker Leadership Lab Facilitators are responsible for providing a superior experiential learning environment in which participants may enhance leadership and team development skills thereby enabling them to serve and work effectively with others. This is a PRN position with a flexible Monday through Saturday schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Lead groups through the Tucker Leadership Lab: a leadership and team development challenge course 2. Assist in marketing and act as a liaison to the customers and community 3. Assist with course support including care, maintenance, and upkeep

Additional Skills and Requirements
• Comfortable working at heights of 45' plus • First Aid and CPR certification (or within 6 months of hiring) • Ability to work outside year round and stand on feet 75% of day • Reliability and punctuality
Working Conditions:
• Outdoor environment (potentially cold or hot conditions) • Working at heights of 45 feet.

After attending facilitator skills training, applications are interviewed and selected for employment.
Availability:
On-Call / PRN Position 6 Days a week (Monday-Saturday)
