The Fred & Shirley Pryor Center for Leadership Development at William Jewell College is committed to developing leaders who will transform and improve their communities. The Pryor Center consists of two distinctive undergraduate programs: Pryor Leadership Studies Program and the American Humanics Nonprofit Leadership program (Nonprofit Leadership Major/Minor and AH Certificate). Additionally, the Pryor Center develops leaders and teams through its community leadership programs such as Tucker Leadership Lab and our professional Leadership Training & Development programs.

The Pryor Center facility offers academic rooms, meeting rooms, technology-equipped training rooms, and community meeting spaces. If your business or organization is needing a place to hold its next meeting or retreat, the Pryor Center offers a comfortable facility to host your event.

Academic Programs
Pryor Leadership Studies Program--Recognized internationally, the Pryor Leadership Studies Program is an academic program that is experience-based. It is one of the distinctive programs of the Fred & Shirley Pryor Center for Leadership Development.	Nonprofit Leadership Major--The Nonprofit Leadership Major and American Humanics certification at William Jewell College prepares and certifies students to serve their communities through careers in the nonprofit sector.
Community Leadership Programs & Services
Tucker Leadership Lab--The place for your teambuilding experience! We offer several teambuilding options including indoor team training sessions, outdoor challenge course adventures, and team recreational getaways. If you are looking for a dynamic, life-changing team experience, the Tucker Leadership Lab is for you.	Jewell Round Table--Jewell Round Table (JRT) is a performance improvement service that combines professional group facilitation with technology to impact your business' or organization's collaboration needs. JRTcreates measurable results when engaged in idea generation, decision-making,  and strategic planning.
Leadership Training & Development Programs --The Pryor Center for Leadership Development offers organizational training and consulting services that help businesses and organizations create solutions to improve team performance and communication.	Pryor Center Facility--The Pryor Center is available for your next executive meeting or organizational retreat. Our facility is a newly renovated historical building with modern amenities such as wireless internet.
Pryor Leadership Studies Legacy Project--Learn about the 2008 PLS "A Day Without A Disposable Bag" legacy project.	Doniphan Leadership Institute--The Pryor Center coordinates this executive level training program for the Clay County Economic Development Council. This six-month program prepares leaders for the Kansas City area communities by offering top-quality facilitation and experiential learning techniques.
