Discovery is a performance improvement service that combines professional group facilitation with technology to impact your business' or organization's collaboration needs. With the use of Jewell Round Table (JRT) technology, we help your organization create measurable results when engaged in Creative Visioning, Collaborative Decision Making, and Strategic Planning.

Creative Visioning
This is the process of generating and capturing new ideas. We use JRT technology to accelerate the brainstorming flow and retain the groups’ thoughts. You will be amazed at how quickly your co-worker can think of new ideas to help give fresh direction to your organization.

Collaborative Decision Making
This is the process of taking the great ideas you have generated and deciding which direction to go. Through JRT’s anonymous voting and decision making tools, you can make the most informed and unbiased decisions. JRT quickly generates statistics and graphs to show which ideas seem most viable.

Strategic Planning
This is the process of taking the vision and the decisions and putting them into a well thought out plan. JRT allows you to prioritize, outline, and assign specific action items. There is built in accountability so your organization sees results.

When face-to-face meetings are not possible, JRT creates greater flexibility by connecting participants in virtual conversations and activities. Discovery services can be used for any type of meeting where information must be shared, decisions need to be made, or idea-generation is required.
