Meeting Space

Pryor Center for Leadership Development overs a variety of services to help serve your needs. Although the building houses two leadership programs and three community services, you can reserve the building for your next organizational meeting or event. Please review the below information to learn more about each of the four meeting rooms available. To reserve a room, please contact us at 816-415-5052. We would love to host your next event.

First Floor Leadership Classroom

Seats 20-25 for classroom seating (up to 40 theatre-style)
61" Plasma TV for presentations and DVD/Video.
Moveable podium

JRT Executive Conference Room

Seats 20 for formal conference room
Seats up to 25 for training (classroom or small groups)
61" Plasma TV for presentations and DVD/Video
Conference phone-line available

Mezzanine Level

Multi-functional room to allow for open-room usage (teambuilding, experiential activities, etc)
Seats up to 25 in classroom seating style (up to 40 in theatre-style)

Basement Level

Seats up to 25 in classroom style
Serves as secondary meeting room for meals and/or group activities
All rooms offer flipchart easels, flipchart paper, markers, and overhead projector screen. LCD projectors and laptops are available at an extra charge. Catering can be provided in the building. The Pryor Center works with a variety of catering companies in the KC-area as well as the food service department at William Jewell College.

Fees

Each meeting room is $125/half day and $200/full day for businesses and corporate groups. Due to our extensive work with nonprofit groups and organizations, we do offer a discounted price of $100/half day and $150/full day. Discounts do apply if mutliple rooms are reserved. If one of the Pryor Center services are utilized (Tucker Leadership Lab, Discovery, and/or IMPACT Performance) the building facility fee is reduced or waived.
