Perspective - 360 Degree Feedback
Perspective is our 360 Degree Feedback instrument. This instrument is designed for leaders to discover who they are by getting anonymous feedback from people they interact with regularly.

Team Assessment
This is an anonymous online tool that will give you a statistical look at 16 criteria of your team’s performance. Each team member logs onto a secure website at his or her convenience and takes the survey. The data is tallied, assessed, and used to determine objectives your team needs to focus on in order to improve performance.

Organizational Survey
This is an anonymous online tool that allows you to statically look at how well your organization is functioning. The survey examines areas such as morale, organization communication, vision, work place enjoyment, respect for leadership, and many more. In addition, you can add specific questions geared to your organization.

Custom Surveys
Through the use of our JRT Technology, we can creature custom surveys for your organization. Some examples of these include: customer satisfaction surveys, conference feedback, and market research.
