Team Assessment
This is an anonymous online tool that will give you a statistical look at 16 criteria of your team’s performance. Each team member logs onto a secure website at his or her convenience and takes the survey. The data is tallied, assessed, and used to determine objectives your team needs to focus on in order to improve performance.
Organizational Survey
This is an anonymous online tool that allows you to statically look at how well your organization is functioning. The survey examines areas such as morale, organization communication, vision, work place enjoyment, respect for leadership, and many more.
