Team Assessment

This is an anonymous online tool that will give you a statically look at 16 criteria of a team’s performance. Each team member logs onto a secure website at his or her convenience and takes the survey. The data is tallied, assessed, and used to determine objects your team needs to focus on in order to improve performance.
