The Institute – Executive Leadership Development
"This is the best leadership class I have participated in and I’ve been in a number of them over the years." - Vern Middleton, EVP, Citizens Bank & Trust
Leadership development is a process. It takes time, practice, and feedback to grow the essential skills of effective leadership. By developing programs in which participants meet once-a-month over several months, we have discovered a higher return on investment and a powerful way to do leadership development. The Institute allows participants to interact with other leaders, learn and practice new leadership skills, and get feedback about their leadership style.
Doniphan Leadership Institute The Pryor Center coordinates this executive level training program for the Clay County Economic Development Council. This six-month program prepares leaders in the Kansas City area community by offering top-quality facilitation and experiential learning techniques.
