Sorority Complex & Greek Common

A state-of-the-art residential complex is planned for the area where Regents’ Quad once stood. The sorority houses will includes suite-style rooms with private bathrooms, chapter rooms, social lounges and modern amenities.
The Greek Common building will join the four houses and serve as a “command center” for Greek Life. With a multipurpose room to accommodate up to 150 people, it will be a center for activities including Panhellenic/IFC meetings, lectures on leadership and women’s issues, recruitment/rush events and all Greek meetings. The Common will also include a fitness center for women, private study rooms, modern laundry facilities and lounges. Projected cost: $12.5 million.
