The Tucker Leadership Lab is one of the premiere team building experiences in the Midwest. Located in Liberty, Missouri, only a few miles north of Kansas City, the Tucker Leadership Lab utilizes a variety of activities to help you and your organization develop a strong, cohesive team. These activities can include a high challenge course, a low challenge course, group experiential activities, facilitated discussions or a mixture of activities.
It is the goal of the Tucker Leadership Lab staff to facilitate a dynamic experiential learning event to improve your organization’s leadership capabilities and its ability to work effectively as a team.
The skills involved in building effective teamwork require continuous development and fine-tuning. It is important to regularly think about ways you can build up your team.
Through the activities involved with the Lab experience, you and your team are
able to apply, test, and enhance the skills essential for leadership and effective teamwork. Whether you are starting a new team, brushing up your leadership skills, looking for in-depth support or just seeking an enjoyable group activity, the Tucker Leader Lab can help you.
