Saturday, Sept. 12, 2020

8:00-8:45 a.m. ► Greene Stadium Gate Open
(South Gate at Commuter Lot)
Seating will be reserved for two guests for each graduate in the Stadium bleachers based on the date/time the graduate makes the guest reservations.

Park in the Commuter Lot (disabled parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis) or White Science Center Lot. Check in at the South Gate to receive your seating location, have your temperature checked, and pick up a program and a bottle of water. Face-coverings are required. (We strongly suggest sunglasses and stadium cushions!) Guests need to be in the Stadium Gate by 8:45 a.m. and seated by 8:55 a.m. No guests are allowed at the Walk Around the Quad.

8 a.m. ► Seniors report to Trotter Plaza for line up
Grads should arrive in regalia and face-coverings. If grads wish to have photos taken with the red diploma cover, please remove the diploma at home and bring the cover to Line-up. Grads will carry them in the Walk Around the Quad and across the stage.

8:45 a.m. ►Walk Around the Quad begins

9 a.m. ►Commencement Ceremony, Greene Stadium
(Typically lasts 1½ – 2 hours)

Noon ► Regalia Return Table Closes
(South Gate at Commuter Lot)

In Case of Rain
If there is hard rain and/or lightning at 8 a.m. we will postpone to 12 noon for line-up, 12:45 p.m. for Walk Around the Quad and 1 p.m. for the Ceremony. If it is still raining at 12 noon, the graduates will be invited to participate in the May 2021 Commencement ceremony.

Special Needs Seating
The Mabee Center has parking lot level access at the northeast and southeast entrances. There are approximately 2,300 folding chairs on the ground level and 1,500 bleacher seats available. Seats in the general seating area are unlimited; no tickets required. (Mabee Center is not air-conditioned.)
