Kate Noland, Esquire, J.D., is a former litigator for the Attorney General of Missouri and former Clay County, Missouri, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. She is currently in private practice with the Noland Law Firm, specializing in civil law and criminal defense. She teaches the course, U.S. Constitutional Law: Civil Rights and Liberties, in the spring.
