University Innovation Fellows
University Innovation Fellows is a multidisciplinary organization which focuses on bringing change to higher education through design thinking methods.
UIF members are initiated each spring, competitively chosen through an application process run by Stanford University’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (d.school). The students then complete six weeks of intensive training in which they learn to identify problems and solutions on their campus. Training is completed with a trip to Stanford and Google where the students get to learn from some of the most creative and innovative people in the country. The University Innovation Fellows program empowers students to become leaders of change in higher education. Fellows are creating a global movement to ensure that all students gain the necessary attitudes, skills and knowledge to compete in the economy of the future.
