Jewell hires Blair as new VP of enrollment and marketing
Eric Blair is returning to The Hill.
The 2001 William Jewell College alumnus has been hired as the founding vice president of enrollment and marketing, starting later this month. Blair currently serves as associate vice president for enrollment management at Park University.
“Eric is a data-driven leader whose experience and perspective will challenge Jewell to evolve its marketing and admissions strategy as well as its programmatic offerings,” said Jewell President Dr. Elizabeth MacLeod Walls. “He brings experience engaging with diverse student populations and deploying marketing to advance brand and reach. He also is a strong advocate for Jewell and was part of the first graduating class to have completed the Core Curriculum.”
Blair was hired after a national search that drew applicants from across the country. He has been with Park since 2002 in a variety of leadership roles, including residence life coordinator, assistant dean of student life and executive director of enrollment. He holds a B.A. in history from Jewell and a master’s degree in public affairs from Park. He and his family reside in Lawson.
