William Jewell named among Best 384 Colleges by The Princeton Review
William Jewell College was named to The Princeton Review’s 2019 edition of the top 384 colleges and universities. The college also found a place on the Best Midwestern Schools list and the Colleges that Pay You Back list, which acknowledges value and the best return on tuition investment through data points such as academic rigor, affordability and career outcomes.
The list is based on surveys of 138,000 students nationwide on dozens of topics related to their college. Students respond to the more than 80 questions on the survey on a 5-point scale.
Jewell students described the “top-notch academics” in the survey and said the college aims to transform students into “critical thinkers” who are bound to achieve “success and find [their] passion.” Overall, respondents said Jewell offers a “rigorous set of programs that push you to the limits of your ability.”
