PLC facilities will be scheduled for outside groups May 20-July 31.

Rental Fees for Gautreaux and Gill Innovation Studios:
Jewell Community & Alumni

• $1000 (1-4 hours)
• $1800 (5-8 hours)

Outside renters:

• $1500 (1-4 hours)
• $2800 (5-8 hours)
• Rental Fees for Creativity Studios*:

Jewell Community & Alumni:

• $1000 (1-4 hours)
• $1800 (5-8 hours)

Outside renters:

• $1500 (1-4 hours)
• $2800 (5-8 hours)

*$25 material cost charged up front for 3D printer
*Rental Fees for Creativity Studios include technical help

Payment
To ensure your reservation, please send a check for the rental fees and a separate check for $200 deposit, no later than four weeks prior to the event. For Campus Reservations, call (816) 415-5901. Make checks payable to William Jewell College. Mail to: William Jewell College – Campus Reservations, Campus Box 1110, 500 College Hill, Liberty, MO 64068. Your reservation will be confirmed by mail.

Refund Policy
If the reservation is canceled up to two weeks before the scheduled date, all fees (including deposit) will be refunded.

Clean-Up/Damage Deposit
The clean-up/damage deposit will be refunded within four weeks after the event if there is no major clean-up or any damage to equipment or facilities.

Other Information

• Food/Drinks: No food or drink allowed in the Creativity Studios at any time. All paper products and other debris must be removed and placed in the appropriate receptacles.
• Parking: Guests may park in the student/faculty/staff parking Monday-Friday after 5 p.m. and on weekends. Handicap accessible parking is available.
